Three CSV exports is not a stack. Connect Amazon, eBay and Shopify once, then read the board instead of pasting columns.
To connect Amazon, eBay and Shopify without a spreadsheet you need a login that the channel already trusts. A CSV is a snapshot. By the time you align SKUs, the site sold two units and Amazon changed a price. OAuth keeps the board attached to the live shop instead of last night’s download.
What you paste when you skip OAuth
- A seller ID in one sheet and a different handle in another
- Prices with tax in one export and without it in the next
- Stock that is already wrong when you hit save
- A mapping tab that only one person understands
Connect each channel once, then leave it
Amazon, eBay and Shopify all have an OAuth path. You approve the app, land back in the cabinet, and the board starts to fill. You do not store a long-lived token in a cell. If a connection drops, you reconnect that channel. The other two stay up.
WooCommerce, Etsy, Walmart, FBA and 3PL desks can sit next to the live three as a request. The point is one place to see what is connected, not a new sheet per marketplace.
What the board is for after you connect
Sales by Integrono is the multi-channel seller dashboard: orders, listings, channel prices, warehouses and a run-out timer. Telegram can ping a new sale. That is the work you were doing in three browser tabs plus a sheet. The sheet can retire.
Compare the channel price on the same SKU before you cut a deal. If Shopify is already the high price, do not copy Amazon’s discount onto the site. The board makes that visible without a VLOOKUP.
A first-hour setup
Create the account, connect the channel you sell most on, then add the second and third. Add one warehouse so stock has a home. Open the board, pick three SKUs you know by heart, and check that the numbers match the seller consoles. If they do, you can stop exporting. If they do not, fix the SKU map before you add more shops.
