1. Provider and service
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the SellControl software service (the “Service”) offered online at sell-control.com and related pages.
The Service is provided by FOP Muravshchyk Ihor Oleksandrovych, RNOKPP (tax identification number) 3079404810, registered in Ukraine (“Provider”). Full contact and registration details are published on the Contacts page.
SellControl is a subscription-based software product for analytics and operational workflows related to sales on third-party marketplaces (for example, orders and integrations). The exact features depend on your plan and are described on the public website and in the application.
2. Acceptance and changes
By registering an account, paying for a subscription or top-up, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Provider may update these Terms. For material changes we will use reasonable notice inside the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Conclusion of the contract and service term
The contract for paid access is concluded when the Provider confirms successful payment according to the selected product (subscription or wallet top-up) and activates access to the Service.
The Service is supplied electronically. Access is granted to the user account associated with your registration. Subscription periods and renewal rules are shown at checkout and in the account.
4. Payment methods
Payments are processed via WayForPay or other methods the Provider enables in the payment interface.
Depending on WayForPay and your bank, you may pay with payment cards (for example, Mastercard / Visa where available), Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported, internet banking, or other instruments supported by WayForPay in your region.
Displayed prices, currency, and taxes (if any) are shown before you confirm payment.
5. Delivery of the service
The Service is digital. There is no delivery of physical goods.
After successful payment, access to the Service is normally provided without undue delay, subject to technical verification and fraud checks. If activation is delayed, contact the Provider using the details on the Contacts page.
6. Acceptable use and availability
You must provide accurate registration data, keep credentials confidential, and not misuse the Service (including attempts to circumvent security or overload systems).
The Provider aims for reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, force majeure, or third-party outages (including marketplaces or payment providers) may affect the Service.
7. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy information available in the Service and/or on the website as applicable.
8. Contact
For questions about these Terms, payment, or the Service, use the contact details on the Contacts page.
