1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how FOP Muravshchyk Ihor Oleksandrovych, RNOKPP 3079404810, Ukraine (“we”, “Provider”) processes personal data when you use Sales at sales.integrono.com (the “Service”).
Contact: [email protected], phone +380663635424. Full registration details are on the Contacts page. Last updated: 17 August 2026.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, password hash, language, and login events when you register or sign in (including Google sign-in if you use it).
Billing data: subscription plan, wallet top-ups, and payment status. Card payments are processed by WayForPay. We do not store full card numbers.
Marketplace connection data: OAuth tokens and store identifiers you authorize for Amazon Selling Partner API, eBay, and Shopify. Tokens are stored per your account so the Service can sync that store.
Marketplace operations data: listings, SKUs, prices, inventory quantities, order identifiers, order status, and item lines imported from stores you connected. In the current Amazon integration we do not request buyer personal data such as shipping address, buyer name, or buyer email.
Support and alerts: messages you send us, and Telegram chat details if you enable order alerts.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic server logs needed to operate HTTPS, security, and abuse prevention.
3. How we use data
We use this data only to provide the Service to the account that authorized it: sign-in, billing, catalog and order sync, price/stock comparison, listing raise between channels, and optional Telegram alerts you turn on.
Amazon Information obtained through Selling Partner API is used solely for the authorizing seller’s dashboard and related Service features. We do not use Amazon Information for advertising, resale, or unrelated products.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored in PostgreSQL on our VPS in Docker. Access between your browser and the Service uses HTTPS. Marketplace tokens and application secrets are stored in the database or server environment files, not in public repositories or client-side code.
Access to Amazon Information is limited to the seller who connected the store and to operators who need it to run or support the Service. We encrypt data in transit and restrict server access with SSH keys and firewalls.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share Amazon Information with advertisers, data brokers, or other sellers.
We share data only with processors needed to run the Service: WayForPay for subscription payments; Telegram if you enable alerts (order notices go to the chat you connect); Google if you sign in with Google. Hosting stays on our VPS.
We may disclose data if required by law or to respond to a valid legal request.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as long as needed for tax, accounting, or dispute handling.
If you disconnect a marketplace, we stop API calls for that store and remove stored access tokens. Imported catalog and order rows tied to that connection can be deleted on request to [email protected].
You may ask us to close your account and delete personal data we no longer need to keep by law. Write to [email protected] from the email on the account.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including Ukrainian data-protection rules and, where it applies, GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always published at https://sales.integrono.com/privacy. Material changes will be reflected on that page.
Android app
The Integrono Sales Android app (package com.integrono.sales) is a client for your Integrono Sales account at sales.integrono.com. It uses the same account and the same data as the website; this policy applies to both.
What the app collects
- Account data: your email address and name when you sign in with email or with Google. With Google Sign-In we receive only your name, email and Google account ID; we never see your Google password.
- The content you create or open in the app (store, product, order and stock data from your connected marketplaces, including your buyers' names and shipping addresses, and your marketplace connections), which is stored on our servers so it syncs with the web cabinet.
- Crash reports: when the app fails, it sends us the error message, stack trace, app version, build number and the platform name ("android"). Crash reports contain no device identifiers, location or contacts.
- A sign-in token is kept on your device (Android shared preferences) so you stay logged in. Signing out removes it.
What the app does not collect: location, contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, advertising ID or other device identifiers. The app has no ads and no third-party analytics SDKs. It only requests the Internet permission.
Security: all traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS (TLS).
Sharing: we do not sell or share your data with third parties. We use service providers to run the service (hosting in the EU, Cloudflare, Google for sign-in, email delivery); they process data only on our instructions.
Retention and deletion: we keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all related data in the app (Account → Delete account), at https://sales.integrono.com/account/delete, or by writing to [email protected] from the account email. Deletion from the app or the web page is immediate; email requests are handled within 30 days. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days; backups roll over within 30 days.
